Privacy Policy

The short version

• We don't link to your bank or store your bank credentials.
• We don't sell, share, or analyze your transactions for advertising.
• Your data is yours, you can export or delete it any time.
• AI receipt and statement parsing happens on a per-request basis; we don't train models on your data.

1. What we collect

Account info: name, email, hashed password, plan.
Financial data you enter: transactions, receipts, mileage, vehicles, credentials, businesses, tax profile.
Files you upload: receipt images, bank statements (CSV/PDF/JPEG), credential documents.
Usage logs: basic technical logs (IP, browser, request times) used to operate the Service securely.

2. How we use it

Solely to provide the Service: store and display your records, generate reports, send transactional emails (receipts, weekly summaries you opted into, tax reminders), and support you when you ask. We don't use your financial data for advertising and we don't sell it.

3. AI processing

When you use AI features (receipt scanning, bank-statement parsing, deduction suggestions), the relevant content is sent to our AI provider (Lovable AI Gateway, which uses Google and OpenAI models) only for that single request. We instruct providers not to train on your data.

4. Sharing

We share data only with: (a) infrastructure providers needed to run the Service, (b) advisors you explicitly invite via the Advisor Portal, and (c) authorities when legally required. That's it.

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted by row-level security policies, only you and the advisors you authorize can see your data.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from Settings, or by emailing us. Deletion is final after a short grace period.

7. Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you logged in and to operate the Service. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Children

NurseKeep is not directed to anyone under 18.

9. Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll notify you in-app or by email before they take effect.
