1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using NurseKeep ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. What NurseKeep is, and isn't

NurseKeep is a financial-tracking tool for nurse entrepreneurs. It provides bookkeeping records, educational content, and estimated tax projections based on the data you enter. It is not a substitute for personalized tax, accounting, bookkeeping, or legal advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for the tax filings you submit.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial of Pro. After the trial, your account becomes read-only until you choose a paid plan. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use NurseKeep to break the law, infringe on others' rights, upload malicious content, or attempt to disrupt the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Your data

You own the data you enter. We process it solely to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that estimated taxes, deduction suggestions, or AI-parsed data will be accurate or complete. Always review before relying on them for filings or financial decisions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NurseKeep is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or tax penalties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or in-app. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
